Then all the information is sent to Companies House who are an executive agency of the British Government, specifically the Department for Business and Trade, that maintains the UK's register of companies and the Register of Overseas Entities.

UK limited companies are legally mandated to have a registered office address. This address is where official correspondence and important documents can be sent. An appropriate address for a company's registered office, according to GOV.UK, must be a physical address within the UK, capable of receiving postal deliveries, and where delivery can be confirmed. It cannot be a PO Box.

Our Registered Agent service provides a fully inclusive, appropriate and cost effective solution to managing your company, avoiding penalties and staying compliant. 

Please note:
  • As of May 2024, all company formations now require a £50 fee payable to Companies House. We collect this fee without any added tax and make the payment to Companies House on your behalf when you submit your details to us.

  • We will never share your contact information, personal or business data with any third party service provider unless you have explicitly opted in to one of our partner services.

  • ​All company Directors and PSCs are required to pass Anti Money Laundering checks which will be performed prior to submitting your new company formation request.
