A £100 incorporation fee is payable to Companies House for all new company registrations. We collect this fee on your behalf and pay it directly to Companies House.
Identity & AML Checks
All company directors and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) are required to complete the applicable identity and anti-money laundering checks as part of your application.
Annual Renewal
The recurring address and statutory mail services included with the International Package renew at £99.99 ex VAT per year.
Cancellation Protection
If your company has not traded, you can contact us within the first 12 months and ask us to apply to dissolve it. We will provide our strike-off filing service without additional service charges.
