Official communications are those issued by HMRC, Companies House, Department of Works and Pensions (DWP), Office for National Statistics, Information Commissioners Office (ICO), Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service and the Intellectual Property Office.
The registered office address must be a physical address, capable of having documents received, signed for and brought to the attention of the intended recipient in the event of court proceedings. It cannot be a PO Box or Virtual Office.
