As of May 2024, all company formations now require a £50 fee payable to Companies House. We collect this fee without any added tax and make the payment to Companies House on your behalf when you submit your details to us.

​Registered Agent services will renew yearly at the then-current price. It is the company directors responsibility to provide 30 days notice to cancel the service prior to renewal, following our cancellation policy.

An appropriate address for a company's registered office, according to GOV.UK, must be a physical address within the UK, capable of receiving postal deliveries, and where delivery can be confirmed. It cannot be a PO Box.
