All company directors and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) are required to complete the applicable identity and anti-money laundering checks as part of your application.
Companies House identity verification
As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), we can complete Companies House identity verification and issue your Personal Verification Code where this service is included in your package or purchased separately.
Address service renewal
The Registered Office, Directors/PSC address and associated mail services are included for the stated initial period and renew at the then-current price unless cancelled in accordance with our terms.
