  • As of 1st February 2026, all company formations now require a £100 fee payable to Companies House. We collect this fee without any added tax and make the payment to Companies House on your behalf when you submit your details to us.

  • We will never share your contact information, personal or business data with any third party service provider unless you have explicitly opted in to one of our partner services.

  • ​All company Directors and PSCs are required to pass Anti Money Laundering checks which will be performed prior to submitting your new company formation request.

  • ​As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), we are able to carry out identity verification on your behalf and issue your Personal Verification Code. 

  • ​Registered Agent services will renew yearly at the then-current price - currently £99.99 ex vat. It is the company directors responsibility to provide 30 days notice to cancel the service prior to renewal, following our cancellation policy.

  • First Confirmation Statement filing service does not include the Companies House filing fee
